It's cut, according to the Steam group forUNCUT, probably based on this FAQ on IMDB:

I've checked first two fragments from http://movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=4134 - they're in this version, looks unrated.

Is there a possibility that you can check for the other segments because the Warner Blu-Rays and HD Versions are uncensored when it comes to violence but plot is missing.

Meh, indeed all those three lines are missing:

"Do we wander the wasteland and become like them? Savages?"

"And I stay, alone if I have to. I'll leave them nothing. That I promise."

Well, a pity, but i don't think it's too bad, just more consice speech.
