Worth getting on Switch or PC?

I'm interested in getting Ittle Dew 2+ on the Switch, but if the + content differences is also coming to PC then should I just get the PC version? I assume the PC version can do 1080p 60 fps, but what about the Switch version? Is it known what resolution or framerate it will run at? I know those don't matter too much in a game like this, but I imagine there wouldn't be too many differences between the Nintendo Switch version and Steam PC version. Also wondering if the Switch version would have HD Rumble and any other thigns the PC verson won't get.

I can't answer most of your questions, but I can confirm that ID2 runs at 1080p 144hz on my system. I'd be interested in knowing what the ID2+ version adds.

This type of stuff always gets updated for all versions.
Switch gets a physical version though which probably will make me get it eventually even though I finished the game already.
