Quest in Westguard are not updating

I started playing Spellforce 2 Anniversary Edition again, and not the Farming and Dwarf Quests are not updating as completed even though I upgraded all the Farms and have the Dwarves.

What exactly does the quest-log say?

Warrior of Underhall. Goals: Extend your headquarters with an upgrade for dwarves. Description: You should honor your bond with the dwarves and equip your headquarters with accommodation for Niethalfs sons.
I did this and have upgraded my HQ to include the dwarf portion, and also built a dwarven forge and warrior guild
As far as the Farming subquest, it states to keep the Westguard happy, upgrade at least 2 farms to cattle farms. I did upgrade all the farms to cattle farms.

The only portion I still need to complete is adding the elves, but that is anoth sub element of the higher level Westguard quest.
