Avoid light combat arts with blunt weapons because there's not that many but if you go heavy combat arts with blunt weapons you'll have plenty of them that are 2Handed.

Different monsters with different resistances, it doesn't really matter that much because enemies aren't that hard to kill. Blunt for example is good against undead

ok and are 2 points in light combat for those 2 skills you get from it worth investing or would you say no to that and tell me to go completely heavy?

it's worth the first 2 spells from light combat, yes. They're much better for your own avatar than the counterparts from heavy combat arts

You have to check them in the gamedata, they're not visible in-game.
