Моды и с чем их едят (Mods and pomogite pls)

Вопрос прост: как заставить работать моды из мастерской? Их там хоть и кот наплакал, но я парочку установил, но в игре они не работают. Может, мне ее как-то иначе надо запускать? Какой спиритический ритуал заставит духов моддинга выполнять свою загробную работу?

Usually there are either descriptions in the respective mods how to notice them in the game or if you have to install something additionally. Most of the time it also helps if you reload the game or the current map from a previous save. This varies from mod to mod. You have to subscribe to them via Steam or add them to your collection to get them downloaded.

This mod removed the skill requirements, there are no additional settings in the description, I tried to reload.
