I also learnt that there is a mod which doesn't solve my "problem", but it still helps.
"The "ATTRIBUTE FREEDOM" mod allows you to freely spend your points on any attribute you want. Skills don't need attribute values no longer." There is still a lvl cap for attributes though.

To gain a lvl I used cheat engine and cheat table for version 1.61 and just used the "god mode" and "quick lvl up" so it took less than 10 mins to level a character from lvl 1 to 50. And since I do not longer have to spend points for certain stats, I can easily create a nice hybrid character.
I can't find the link for a cheat table for 1.61, but I guess it will work if you change your spellforce version to 1.54 (right click on the game on steam, properties, betas) and use this table

After that you can change the version. I doubt it will not work, yet I don't guarantee it will.
Since 1.61 is REALLY buggy, most people recommend to stay at version 1.54.
And that's pretty much all I can say. Hope it will help at least a little.
