to many mobs

i have been trying for about 10 hours to pass this SHEI level but there are about 2000+ mobs in both the camps and after about 5 mins of being in the level they come for me no matter where i could have been hideing NEED HELP!

Download this https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jqtGYCCVdR740IZ-tsuEXchT92MV-Nz3 and extract it into Spellforce directory
By default it should be here:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Spellforce Platinum Edition
And the script itself should be located in:
\Spellforce Platinum Edition\script\p5
You'll need a save before entering Shiel for the first time probably, tell me if it works.

The Shiel only has 1 major camp where you find Corn. Found at the end of the alert posts. Which other camp are you talking about?

The other odd points here are firstly that the game shouldn't even be able to generate more than about 150 mobs on a map at a time and secondly that that would take you being on the map for weeks.

the little one with the 4 buildings and the 6 westman barb and the human camp to the right that has the 3 large houses :)

Ok, two more questions. One what class are you and what level are you?

both these camps start of with about 200 each then the game keeps spawning them in every sec

i have tried with two diffrent classes and i am around level 6 at teh start before all the garuds die by then i am around 9-10 thats when i redo the level trying other ways around

Alrighty then. You my friend are bugged. The game should NEVER do that. Even on high difficulty the spawns take 30 sec to a min.

i got this game for my brother to play along side me happens to him also i do hope someone finds a good way to sort this out with out steam pulling the old 'you been cheating act'

That map's set-up should never have that encampment fall. Don't know where you're problem came from or how to fix it though. Sorry :(
I would say uninstall and reinstall. When you get to the Shiel the quest sends you off map for the antidote, if you want to make the map a little easier on you clear the map before you leave. Just stay out of the clearing where the elf monument is.

i would like to say that worked but it did not for me more and more just keep spawning i think some wrong with the game XD

This bug was introduced into the game when the developers released a beta version of spellforce with reintegrated multiplayer and an upgraded UI. But since they made that beta version live more people are encountering this problem.

If you have the SF1 Map Editor installed then you can open the Shiel map and delete all the buildings in the affected camps. This should only leave about 15 enemies in the camps instead of 200. If you dont have the Map Editor then you may just have to wait for the developers to fix this bug.

First of all: You need the editor to be able to work on your PC.
Second: You need to know how to open phenomic maps in the editor.
Third: You'd need to make whole new camp that would be buggy to even save the map.

You can open phenomic maps using notepad++ and you dont need to make a whole new camp. You just add a spawn point next to any building on the map and it will save without being 'buggy'. The only difference is that since all the spawn points are activated by the destruction of either of the 2 affected camps - they will all be activated as soon as you enter the map.
