the order of dawn the rift troll rune??

so ive finished the first part of the rift without to much issue consitering and even killed the demon at the end just hitting level 19 but to the horrer i find myself without a troll rune i can use on the monument on the far side i have the troll rune form the store in greyfell but i am 2 whole levels to low to make use of it and oddly... i havent been able to find anything else to tell me where to find a rune i can use soo erm help?

He should have one just for your lvl though

no farlon he didnt unless theres another merchent i need to talk to its a rune for a level 21 chacter and after fighting my way across the rift and killing the big demon "who i was hopping would have a troll rune i needed" im only lvl 19

Its normally better to do farlorns hope before you complete the rift. You can find a lvl 11 troll rune on farlorns hope which you only need to be lvl 17 to use.

Although if your avatar is strong enough you could probably complete the rest of the map, alongside your heroes, without the help of the trolls. You only need to escort Talia back to west - and she is unkillable.

thank you distentdream i thought i completed farlons hope though with my game crashing if i enter the area without saving and reloading the game form the save ive been trying not to spend to much time on that map in case something else causes it to crash [so far its the only map ive seen with problems]

I did the whole map from west to east with my main character only after failing to do it with help of the orcs, and afterwards ran through again from east to west with help of the heroes. Level 21 archer/swordsman and had no choice for the way back, anyway since I had no troll rune. Difficulty was fairly easy at that level. Haven't yet discovered the portal to Farlorn's Home, guess I want to look for that before smashing the still-spawning enemies in the Rift, which are a pain in the ass.
