How am I supposed to do that? I am not in the map where you get the immunity spell.

I'm not sure how you managed to do it on your previous playthrough so I'll assume that you lured the treeant to the blade camp by sacrificing one of your workers. One thing to bear in mind is that he will always prioritise enemies over their buildings so if your avatar is close to him he will come after you even if that means ignoring the towers.
If you still have trouble I would suggest that you return the "heart of the forest" and then leave the map and re-enter. If that still doesn't work- time to cheat.
Open up the console by holding down 'CTRL' and pressing ']' or '#' and type Application:SetGodMode(1). (This is case sensitive) You are now invincible so you can just walk through the towers to the portal to the next map. Be sure to loot that chest at the portal for the last darkelf plans.
Thanks man, I did it in a different way this time. I didn´t have a base and decided to annihalate all cats on the map solo. I then proceeded to capture the monument and make some workers, found out that the treeant would go for the workers but only if they stayed really close, if they moved a bit too far the treeant would turn around and go for my hero who was really far away.
I used the above to lure the treeant to one side of the blade base and having my hero on the opposite side. No need to suicide anyone, I just ran the workers outside of aggro range and the treeant turned to my hero, that meant he had to go through the blade base. It took one attempt and everything there was destroyed.
for the towers, they pulse in exact intervals, go close enough that they start pulse,
but not too close, then time it, start running right after a pulse
