As you can seeYou can't max out both skill trees anyways. Tood is not so critical about that, but the 2nd campaign is. So if you play the first campaign you can continue your path, while in the 2nd, this plan probably isn't going to work out well.
A better idea would be to either go full HC or to spend less points on dexterity if you wanna go hybrid. White magic uses less points than black magic and offers aura of eternity, if you plan on using that character in the sotd campaign as well. That's why this combination is the mostly used hybrid.
