Gold Collection
I find that the amount of gold I find in a level is far lower than what it should be; that is, I have destroyed every item in a stage, found every secret, and gone out of my way to collect every coin I see, yet still have far less gold than what is apparently available in the level. Why exactly is that?

The holy relics you can find count as gold too I think, so if you havent found all...

I have. Although, I came up with something; is it possible that the card that doubles the amount each gold piece is worth in a level is actually a requirement to collect all gold?

Do you want to get the cathedral card with collect 500 gold requirement? Yeah use the double gold card..... but I dont know if this is required but because coins despawn after some seconds it is very easy to miss them.

No, I'm trying to 100% the game. I have a single mod installed (reworks some card requirements and adds a few new items/secrets to each level, but its biggest addition is a new difficulty setting that I have yet to unlock). It doesn't alter the core gameplay in such a fashion that it would impact this at all, though.

What is this "mod" you speak of?

What will be if you get all stars on each level? Like all ammo, armour and god with secrets? I've heard that the game will give you a huge bonus or something, but I think it's just a gossip, isn't it?

Google says, if you get all stars in all levels, you can use the golden cards as often as you want in a level.

Well, that would be sweet, but some missions are so annoying to finish with all stars

What would be the point? There would be no challenge if you can use, lets say "never take any damage" card whenever you want. You may as well play in "GOD" mode.

It's just official cheating, why not? You've beat the game with all stars, you've spent a lotta time and you deserve it)

So yeah, this information is true. I've just beat Battle out of hell on Nightmare with 5 stars in each level and I was granted with unlimited and free usage of cards. But it works only at the same difficulty, so if you start a new game, even if you keep your cards and scores, the unlimited usage won't work. That ain't cool, I hoped I could beat the game in trauma with this trick :)

UPDATE: It actually worked on trauma. After I finished the first level, game said again that I am granted with unlimited usage of cards, and I kick the ♥♥♥♥ out of enemies in demon morph. I spent most of my playthrough time in demon morph, and that was amazing :))

I ended Painkiller with 5 stars and was grantes the free placement of cards. I could use it on BooH too. If you complete BooH with 5 stars too you get the achievement again
