Unlock all levels mod

Some levels are difficulty locked and I want to play all of them in a single playthrough. The link in PC gaming Wiki is broken and couldn't find anywhere else. Does someone have a working link or the file archived?

I use these save files, it even allows you to play chapter 5 on Trauma, but you get saves for Nightmare difficulty as well. It works for both, the main campaign and BOOH.

I recently searched a legit, clean file.
I keep the save file downloaded just in case I'll play this game again as well.
