The intro of booh explain you what happen after the ending on painkiller.

Then the end of booh explain how the story continue (end).

ps. after played booh remember to end the game (painkiller) on trauma so that you will see the true final ending.

pps. overdose story "continue" after the original game (just on other side and with different character)

No, overdose it's like a parallel story of booh. It start at the end of the original painkiller (thanks to daniel that defeat lucifer).

A possible continue to the game is the end video of the hell & damnation, which brings the two characters together.

I really hope for another painkiller game that continue from this point!!
