So how to run it on Win10?
I have checked many threads and none of them gave a viable solution.

Got no problems running it. Running w10 x64 here.

It enters fullscreen and crashes (this program has encountered a problem. Windows is trying to find a solution blah blah blah). I though it was caused by DirectX, and I tried to install the Dx9 redist in the game folder, but Win10 won't let me install it because Dx9 is an outdated version.

Actually the game runs just fine and fully compatible on Windows 10, which is amazing.
