What are in your opinion the most difficult levels?

I am mostly refering to more difficult difficulties like Nightmare and Trauma.

Mine are (listed in order):

Trainstation
Babel
City
Leningrad
Underworld

Anyway the only level I consider to be really hard is Docks(I hate hate HATE this level so much) and Babel, everything else is fair and managble
BooH on the other hand, I found every level minus leningrad, Loony Park, and Colosseum, to be boring and a drag and in general cheap difficulty wise(ironic since I really enjoy the leningrad level but no other levels in the expansion pack are enjoyable that make it forgivable)

The hard part about babel is the Templars that shoot 3 arrows in different angles at you which can be really hard to dodge, they deal a lot of damage too. BOOH is definitely harder overall but it's an easy trauma run since you get health stealer. In the original you don't have health stealer so trauma is pretty tough by comparison and Babel stands out for being one of the tougher levels for that reason. If Docks was on Trauma... hoo boy...

Thing about docks is that you get tonnes of red souls from the skulls which makes it more manageable, those rocket guys are nasty though, especially on the ship.

The Hell And Damnation version on Trauma though... that is hell, that is literally pure hell, it is hands down the toughest level besides Leningrad.
