locked levels?

I was playing and I got to chapter 2 but it won't let me play level 1 i'm playing on insomnia difficulty,I don't mind restarting the game but what difficulty must i play on to have access to all levels?

Nightmare or trauma for C2L1, for Forest (C4L3) you will need trauma dificulty.

Also Chapter 5 is locked at trauma difficulty (you need a mod for have it unlocked for this difficulty, search in this section for the link, i've already answered many time the same question).

Normally you need to play again and again at different difficulty for unlock everything!
