i want the game on my second monitor not my first plz help

i got it only on my second, not my first where i want it to be ... weird
maybe it takes the one that fits the native resolution the most because my second monitor is 16:10 and my first one 16:9
other threads told me just to change between FULLSCREEN and DIRECTWINDOW in the game.ini but that didnt solve the main problem.

Yeah but change what is 1 and what's 2. As in make windows think your left one in the main (or the other way around)

But Windows knows what my main monitor is; I don''t want to change my windows settings which are correct just to launch this game, when I should be able to make the game recognize the correct monitor.
