Poisoning Dual Weapons
I just forged my character two El Bastardo swords to dual wield--110 dmg self-forged and sharpened--nice upgrade from my Ruby/Wentzel combo. I decided to try out poison on them, so clicking on the poison brings up an interface with all my weapons similar to the one you get shen you sharpen weapons at a whetstone. So I select El Bastardo #1 and it gets poisoned properly, but when I select El Bastardo #2, it apparently poisons #1 a second time, and I end up with just one poisoned sword. Is there some rule that only ONE sword can be poisoned if you are dual-wielding? Or is it a problem with dual-wielding two swords of the same kind? Or is it something else entirely? Anyone else have this issue?

LOL--I was just looking up dual wield by searching the forum, and came across a post of my own from 2014! Not sure if the 1.75.14 fixes this or if that patch even existed back in 2014. I am thinking of dual-wielding again here in 2022, so maybe I will have the same problem all over again...heh...

Well, I was able to poison both my forged Bastard swords here in 2022. Then did the Mora Sul Arena fights with them, and never seemed to poison anyone--not even once. I read somewhere that you have to do the stabbing/poking move with your sword for the poison to work, which I did with no result. It would be great if the effect were similar to a Bloodfly bite, but I noticed no difference at all. Do I just not know how to do it, or did I waste my Learning Points on this? Does the Poisoned Arrow work or is it the same story as with the swords? I assume the opponent health bar would turn green just as when the player is bitten by a poisonous creature...
