Not native, though it is possible to use software like Xpadder to map all the neccesary buttons to a controller.

You could remap the keys to a controller, but I doubt it would be comfortable :/

I did this, and I honestly like it. Even G1/2 play great if you map the keys right.

Xpadder is a great tool. I recommend any PC gamer who would like to use a controler pay the 5.00 for it. It's a great deal. Simple to use and with the fine tunning it allows you can make just about any game "Game Pad" compatable. It may not always be as smooth "depending on the games native control scheme" but it can be close. A good example of this is making Mine Craft on PC control like it does with the xbox controller on Xbox. You can set it up the same however the moving around with a controler isn't as smooth as it is on the console...because minecreaft for PC doesn't have native controler support.
