Summons, golem or demon?

Like the title says, which summon is the best?

And do you need to make become a devout to Beliar to be able to learn his high lvl spells, or there's no such thing?

In Gothic 3, selecting Beliar as your ally is the path of total annihilation since you will need to turn against everyone else and eliminate King Rhobar, Zuben, Xardas as well as all orc chiefs. Highly recommended stuff in this game, especially if playing a magician using mana regeneration and AoE attacks.

I think that depends on if you play with AB or without AB.

But anyway summons are just a distraction and nothing else. Even as a level 0 hero you are quicker in killing enemies as a demon.

I think I tended to rely on the demon summons a lot more.

I took the demon, he can tank 4-5 npc's easy... he just does that grunting, abysall noise thats annoying! lol
