All I can add is that I've not touched the following patches before: Parallel Universes Patch,
QuestPack4 + Update, Content Mod 3.1
So, the culprit may be found in one of them.
If you have any file changes relating to render distance, lower it quite a bit. This game even setting texture distance breaks it in ways.
Also just re install every single patch too. Quest pack I feel like could break the game when talking to NPC's with new speech/speech options. Same with content mod. Those likely are also just unstable for you if it crashes mostly when you talk to NPC's.
I never had crashes when talking to NPC's just when teleporting or loading. So mine is far different than yours, but it seems logical for the content mods to crash games on talking to NPC's.
Parallel patch I think causes crashes a little. I still have it and dont crash anymore, but I also re installed it.
Im nearly 100% sure it is the content mods. When I tried installing Questpack with consequences, there was ton of graphical glitches and stuff. I ended up just not using them, due to non voice acted stuff. And obviously due to the immediate graphical glitches after re installing it like 4-6 times lol.
Welp that is why you should have several save files. Which you do, but there are people that only use one save file lmao. Like ive talked to people who have several hundred hours in skyrim with only a single main save file. While using mods, then wonder why it wont work anymore after hundreds of hours of save bloat due to mods xD.
if it crashes again, just reinstall the mods and if it doesnt work then well, ig that is your choice on what to do. Since I think youd have to start a new game if you where not using those mods.
If you believe a savegame file to be faulty, keep in mind that the primary cause for savegame corruption is damage to in memory data structures at runtime - i.e. either due to severe bugs in the game program code or because of hardware instabilities.
