Tree-flickering

I recently picked up this game again and I´m stumbling over the issue of vanishing trees that pop up over and over again
Trees and bushes flicker frequently and cause fps drops.

Any fix for this ?

My pc has triple the required specifications so there shouldn´t be anything wrong with my hardware.

Hi, I was experiencing the same problem on my HD5500 integrated GPU and the only one solution was to use WineD3D (https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag). This solution has a performance impact - you will need to decrease resolution and quality but at least game works as it should after that.
