Steam Patch 1.75 + Content/Quest Pack
Can i install these two mods without problems with the steam patch or is it better to install the patch manually?

It's always better to install the most recent one manually. The steam patch might be almost identical to 1.75.14, but some mods won't work with it, or you might run into some problems.
