Question about liberating Cape Dun
Hello everyone,

I done all quests in Cape Dun and Ardea/Reddock and now i have 2 choices, liberate Cape Dun or destroy Rebels and i wanted to ask you would i have some major changes in whole games by doing so early one of those 2 things ( helping rebels or orcs ). I would gladly just go explore and do other sidequests without touching those things if they will make some changes in later game :steamhappy:

PS. I'm level 11 atm

You know about the factions' reputation stats. Liberating an Orc-occupied town increases your reputation with the Rebels. Destroying a rebel camp increases your reputation with the Orcs. When your reputation with either faction becomes very high, the other faction will attack you on sight (i.e. they will be labeled 'red'), so you can't complete any more quests for that faction. Destroying one camp or liberating one town is no problem. Two may be still ok, too (depending on how high your reputation with the factions has become because of questing). I think three will definitely get you over the edge.

PS at level 11, taking on a whole camp or town may prove to be too difficult anyway :Winking:

I recommend exploring all the city and then making the choices. If you liberate or destroy too many of one faction, all of that faction wil lbe hostile to you.

Well sh*t, maybe that's why I got instantly attacked in Vengard (and almost instakilled). I destroyed Reddock, Nemora and Okara. Also in varant I killed 5 water mages and about 6 nomad leaders. Now I'm searching for artifacts and Xardas.

Vengard orcs are always hostile, regardless of you choices. The orcs in and around cape dune warn you not to go to vengard since their is the siege of the capital.
