How do i activate the marvin mode? (cheats)

How do i activate the marvin mode, so i can open the console and type in cheats?

I know that but since i didn't find the testmode in the ini files i thought that it must be because it's a steam download

I have the Steam version, too, and it is in the ini file. Use alt + F to search the file. Make sure you're opening the correct file, i.e. ge3.ini located in the Gothic3/Ini folder, usually found in the following directory: ...\steamapps\common\Gothic 3\Ini

Edit: if, for some strange reason, it really isn't in your version of the ini-file, just add the line under [Game]
