Where i learn transformation magic spells?

I"ve searched in TONS of Foruns, have played for almost 30 hours and... Found no transformation spell teacher. Only vague information about druids.

There are no transformation spells. If you want to transform into a certain animal in the game, you have to either make a potion for it, or get the specific druid stone. Druids can teach you how to brew transformation potions, but you need the recipe for it to make it.

Well, the druids are the key. Find one. They teach magic and if you do a quest for them, they'll give you a transformation rune.

Tranformation magic have cool spells like summon golem(i have a low mana pool - 400 but will will meet the requeirments to summon demon and golam soon)

Everyone say to search druids but no directions. Where druids are? I an level 30 and never meet a single druid. Even searching in google about druid location i've found no direction.

Ah, the Adanos school of magic. Sorry, forgot that it was called that. Yeah, druids teach you that magic. Water mages as well. There is a druid near Montera. When you travel to Montera from Cape Dun or Ardea there is a split in the roads when you reach a farm with 1 merceneray. You have to take the longer way which doesn't go through the bandits camp. There's a druid there. There is also another druid on the road from Trelis to Geldern and there is one more north of Geldern in the wilderness. In the direction of the ruins where the Shadow scepter,which the Orc commander in Geldern wants you to bring him, is.

Edit: There is also a druid in the Wolf clan, but I don't think he can teach you magic.

I hate to be the one to tell you but I'm afraid something's very wrong with your Google, then When I ask my Google to search for 'gothic 3 druid locations', I get a lot of walkthroughs, guides, Youtube movies, messages on forums and even maps, all giving instructions as to where one finds the druids. I'll copypaste one here that seems pretty complete (from: forum at worldofplayers.de, third result for my Google search)

Locations of Druid Stones

Druid stone of snapper:
Owner: Druid Torn
Location: In a camp near Geldern
How to get it: you must complete the quest: "Mobilize the people in Geldern for Torn's druid stone".

Druid stone of lion:
Owner: Shakyor
Location: In front of a cave near Lago
How to get it: You must complete the quest "Liberate Lago" and "The stone of lion".

Druid stone of ripper:
Owner: Porgan
Location: In a camp between Domeniks farm and Montera
How to get it: You must complete the quest "Porgan's druid stone" and "Stoneroots for the druid Porgan".

Druid stone of shadowbeast:
Owner: Runak
Location: In a hut near the waterfall northern of Geldern
How to get it: You must complete the quest "Kill the druid hunting party from Geldern" and "Kill the leader of the southern druid search party".

Druid stone of wolf:
Owner: Bogir
Location: Wolf clan
How to get it: You must complete the quest: "Hunt the white shadowbeast!", "Kill the White Ripper!" and "The druid stone of the wolf".

Druid stone of lurker:
Owner: Akor (Only with CP 1.70)
Location: In a cave north-west of Bakaresh.
How to get it: Go to the cave. You will find some bones, Akor's diary and the stone of Lurker.

The south path is more interesting. Porgan, which you can meet there, is also one who teaches the path of nature, which includes Ice Lance.
