This game ruined the Unreal Engine for me.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game. However, whenever i play a different game in unreal 5 i just think of this game and it makes me feel like i'm playing this game. A lot of games now use unreal 5 and I can't stand it.

Anyone else have this problem?

As someone who works on games and has an interest and genuine love for making games and playing them I've never really felt this. It's obvious Tower Unite used and is using UE however I've never felt like one game or another felt the same based off their engine used.

I can maybe understand what you're saying but how would this game have ruined all UE games? UE is an amazing engine for high quality games that focus on more detail but i'm not seeing the similarities in a game like this and for example Fortnite, Ark Survival Ascended, or Dark and Darker.

The main similarity for UE games is the advanced graphics they can achieve, the 3D abilities for games and maybe the terrain generation and materials but other than that each game is it's own game.

When i saw gameplay of silent hill 2 i instantly thought of tower unite. All those games movements feel like tower unite most of the time and all the people look like the default tower unite characters to me. The same thing happened when i saw STALKER 2.

UE5 is a bad engine, it always looks off to me and feels off with the movement in every single game ive played in it. it has become the new unity but even worse than the early 2010 unity engine boom, when people kept spamming asset flips.

Fortnite stinks. Ark looks boring and literally who is ascended and dark and darker?

People that come In here spamming I'm jester farming are conditioned sheep. Read it and think an original thought. This is an issue I have.
