You might want to make a Support Ticket. They may be able to help you if you have the save file still.
Its for this reason I strongly suggest to build in layers and keep backups.
What I do is load into any save and demo the condo then save snapshot as CLEAN.
Then when I load in to a condo regardless of what it loads I go and load CLEAN first.
Then I go back into snapshots and load the save that I want to load.
This allows me to be able to go back at anytime to a clean slate and start building a new condo Project while still having other projects I can easily just return to.
It also makes loading another save while in a build easier. If you try to load from one detailed game save to another build sometimes Tower can really get hung up and so when I am going to load another project Ill load the CLEAN save First while I am standing in a detailed condo then ill wait till CLEAN loads and then load the project that I want to work on.
Its NOT 100% the best way of doing things but it prevents alot of trouble.
So say youre building a House... Instead of building the house and saving a snapshot after its complete build the foundation and some walls SAVE NEW SNAPSHOT call it Walls
Build the roof and add doors Save a new snapshot call it Roof and doors.
Yes youll end up with several snapshots BUT if at anytime after an update youre sitting in your condo and things go awry youll have the ability to shift gears and lose a few minutes of build time VS losing the entire house you built and having to completely start over due to a corruption issue.
