Help With Minigolf Bug

Sometimes i and the whole server are unable to shoot in minigolf for a long period of time up to nearly 2 minutes sometimes and help

Those seem more like connection problems to the host, rather than a problem in the games-end. Can you give more details about this?

After my Ball Had stopped moveing the arrow to shoot was not appearing as if the ball was still moving even though it was stationery and even the host was effected we found that messing with the camera fixed it 30% of the time but other then that it was like a turn based golf game

I have the same problem. I've tried to set my ports to fix it but with no such luck. I can't even play mini golf by myself without this happening.
