Mouse problems

My in-game mouse is not syncing up properly with the one on screen after I switched from windowed to full screen and now I can't change any of my settings because the apply & save key is unreachable. I just got the game and I'd really like to try it out so any help would be appreciated.

Hit F11 or Alt + Enter, to change screenmode. Then if you can set it to borderless windowed to solve the mouse issues.
