Ascending To The Top: Achievement Tips?
Been trying to get this achievement for the Stack'em arcade game for a few hours now and still been having no luck. Does anyone have any tips? I always go for stacking on the right side, but the furthest I have gotten to is level 4. This achievement feels like RNG more than anything due to the machine carrying over the rigged aspect from the real machines...

I got it from stacking in the direct center. I wouldn't recommend going for the corners.
It's all about finding the rhythm and muscle memory.

It's a huge pain though, and I wanted to scream after I got it.

After about 3-4 hours I was able to get the achievement. I forget already since my mind is mush, but I am pretty sure I went started with the right corner like I was doing for all the other attempts. However, by the time I'd get to level 3 or 4 my stacks would be down to 1 block that wasn't pressed in the corner.

I agree with you in that rhythm and muscle memory is definitely key as that made my runs in the last hour much better. I noticed the audio from the blocks hitting the sides to be another way to try and help with timing. This is especially helpful if you had issues like I had where the visuals would stutter or be slightly off.

I agree that it was a huge pain, but man those 3 hours of my life were definitely worth the jpeg achievement and small dopamine rush :coocoo:

The audio cues from the blocks hitting the sides is definitelly a huge help. I did mine 1 space from the edge so i’d have the most time between the beep-boop and having to click. But either way i consistently get to levels 3-4 just by listening and timing my clicks with the sound cues.

Another helpful tool is to use a medium-large potion, that way u dont have to actually concentrate on moving ur mouse as u stack higher. With the potions, u can just position urself so that you can see the whole screen, no mouse movements necessary. Then u can just focus 100% on ur timing/rythm/muscle memory. Congrats on finally getting it!
