How to take off Jetpack?
I can't click and drag it out of my inventory, and it's not in my toolbar, so I can't take it off.

It is. Look in your toolbar, on the right side, you can see a second button that allows you to display an another toolbar, which is probably where your jetpack is situated.

In-game, You have two toolbar, one for equipables tools and weapons, and the other one, only for equipable like the Jetpack.
