Game is offline for me?

Just want to start out by saying if this is in the wrong place, please let me know and I'll happily move it to the proper place.

I just started trying to play towers unite again and the past two days that I've tried launching the game it been launching in what I could best describe as an offline mode I guess? Basically, I can't acess or play anything. Everything else on my computer is running just fine with the internet working, but I just get connection errors when I'm running the game as if I have no internet. My currency just says "UNKNOWN", which I am assuming is from the connection issues as well. The game is fully updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I've done the verifiying the integrety of the game files thing. Does anyone happen to know what's going on and how to fix it?

Restart, it happens whenever you switch connections, or have to restart your router.

I've tried both of those multiple times. However, since posting this I've realized that it's not just towers unite, but pretty much every multiplayer steam game I own. I don't know why it's happening, but I'm working on it.

Could be a few things Perhaps a router? A modem? Or a firewall and or a over active virus scanner.

It was the router. My mother had been playing around with the router setings, and something she changed made it so that the games wouldn't work. It's all fixed now!
