Selling Condos

I've seen the update stating that you can sell condos. But how? It says in the inventory, but when i look in my inventory, it dosn't show up. I'm missing something here, please help!

When you're at the main menu, press Inventory, right click on the condo you want to sell, and press Sell.

It's in your inventory when you hit escape in the lobby/condo, or just in the inventory tab in the main menu.
