My condo was deleted?

I've played this game quite a bit and accumulated a lot of furniture and stuff for my condo. I get on today, and all of the ♥♥♥♥ I placed has disappeared, (although it is in my inventory) even my save/load configurations are gone. I havent uninstalled the game at all.

Did you have Steam cloud enabled? Otherwise, there's not much you can do, as it's stored on your local files and it sounds like it was deleted somehow.

Huh, just checked and for some reason Steam Cloud is disabled currently. Damn, well I guess I gotta spend a day rebuilding it all.

Any idea how it could've been deleted? I havent uninstalled the game at all. Where would this file be located at anyway? So I can back it up next time I build my condo.

The condo files/folder is stored in your Steam directory at this path;
/Steam/userdata/[a unique ID ]/394690/remote/[condos folder]

I backup the whole folder instead of going deeper and backing up specific CondoData files. I backup the files after every build session, make a copy on my external HDD and name them Condos_1 Condos_2 etc. So you can always revert.
You can also backup while in game, the files update constantly so even if you have been building for 10 hours, you can tab out and make a copy somewhere, and continue building.

I also have Steam Cloud turned off since i prefer to manage it myself, but the files are still there even if it's on.
