Which condo should i buy?

or the underwater?

I got the underwater. I was going to get both, but the underwater has such a nice view, which means I probably wouldn't spend any time in the high rise. So I'd definitely recommend underwater instead. Also, so much room to decorate. :D

I bought both but I probably won't do much with them, since I prefer to build my own constructions from scratch the Smooth Dirt has been the best option for me. Both new maps are cool though with heaps of possibilities, so just depends what you prefer.

underwater is pretty good. nice view, big space but the only downside to it is that most of its areas are circular making it a pain to align objects. highrise is good too because this time you can view the sky and is like built on top of a tower

I got both of them. They're very different from each other so I'd say it's up to a preferance!

Personally I started decorating Highrise instead. The city view below is absolutely fantastic, I like the structure of the rooms more and I'm more likely to actually finish decorating it someday since it's not as huge as the Underwater one :) But it's not small, either!

I prefer underwater because of the separate bases it has gives me the chance to make different rooms that I want provided with the large space. With underwater I could make an actual theater or a party room or make a large viewing area on the surface. Make a large bar or dining room and make my home a bit more fancy by adding fountains,decors etc. I could even leave a mysterious secret to my guests. But it depends on what you prefer. Sometimes the space can be too much or the rooms may be too circular but that's all the problems I encountered. Sorry for the long text BTW

Highrise Penthouse is great. It has a luxury touch mixed with picteresque view from the windows and a plenty of space for room designing. Classy Classic.

Underwater Base is enormously big, has 5 separated modules, linking together in the main module. Though all of these modules look completely the same and all the rooms in them are either circular or semicircular, which will be a huge obstacle if you try to decorate them nicely.Plus, the rooms are still too big.
Also, the time of the day doesn't have any impact on light exposure underwater, not even a bit.

I'd prefer Highrise. But say hello to mindless grinding again as 175k credits price is big flop flying right into your face.
