Stärke und Ausdauer wollen nicht mehr steigen. Sie hängen permanent auf 9 und dann passiert nix mehr.

Strength and endurance no longer want to increase. They are permanently stuck at 9 and then nothing happens anymore with it.

I think there a perk you picked that limited the growth. Check your style of combat. (haven't played the game for years now).
