Casey has "so many orders" that he wont discuss special pizza. What triggers Mark's fight?

I've completed the fist two acts entirely with the exception of "Wings of Love," "Beat Mark," and an unknown one next to beat mark. Halfway through the choice but I don't have my pro fighter card yet.
What do I need to do to trigger special pizza pt 2?

Thanks. I only needed one more. Tried it twice since beating bill. One I unlocked the unlocked the 1 vs 2 ultimate fights I started living off of prize money, hence I wasn't working anymore.

I worked the construction job for a good week before I started fighting. Took out the muggers pretty easily. Had a whole gym and a constant supply of food as soon as I really started fighting.
