No money, no food, too tired.

So i am stuck in the beginning ,I am broke and can't buy Food, i can't work because i am to hungry and tired, and mick won't help me .
So should i restart the game ?

If you have unlock the bar, you can find a burger in the trash on the left side of the doors... But if you didn't unlock the bar, you must restart yeah!

this has been happening to me to after i restarted, it's a bit weird. cant sleep cause im hungry cant eat cause i have no money cant work cause im hungry and tierd ! ugh

Well That's lame, as a first time player how i am suppose to know that?

maybe let mick give you food once a day or at least you can panhandle.

If you didn't use it (or if you didn't use it at all) you can go to Mike's office and he gives you free meal (he'll help you 3/4 times) or take food from the trashcan of the Bar.

When you go to mick's office he tells you he will give you food. That's how I found out as a first time player.

That's the problem Mick won't help and i didn't unlock the bar.

I mean if it's unplayable from this point it should be a game over.

But it's more of a design flaw then a bad play of mine.

The game tends to be a reminder of real life and how repetitive things are. Just like eating over at your friends place without doing anything. Eventually he'll call you on it and throws you out *Chuckles*

Alas restarting it is as mentioned before. Without the trashcan/mick's 3 meals you're out of luck.

Mick tells you when's the last time he'll help you, you simply ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

He helps you up to 3 times, and gives a warning before he stops.
This is probably to avoid exploiting the free food.

So maintaining a steady cash flow and making sure there is enough food is more important than training and winning fights.

because missing training and losing fights Is Repairable ,but if some how you miscalculate how much money or food is left then game over have fun restarting.

They should make another way to earn money even small amount in this situations.

Because in my situation i can still play and move but i can't make any progress so i am stuck in a loop.

Restarting each time is not ideal, or at least it could say game over at this situations.

I still think it's a game design flaw, hopefully the dev's will address it.

Finding a good balance between working, training, fighting, is part of the game... Like in real life! Once you become professional, you won't have those problems anymore and you will be able to train all the time!

"If somehow you miscalculate how much money or food is left then(...)" Mick bails you out.
You can 'miscalculate' up to three times.
You did it three times and still insistend on playing wrong, knowing what would happen and knowing that Mick would no longer bail you out.
You can still try to RNG fights until you win some cash, I guess.
Another good option is to not ignore everything the game tells you/tries to teach you and then complain.

This is a shining example of your average gamer. Can't be my fault I am too good to possibly have failed in anyway shape or form .... lets blame the people that made the game because clearly I know better than they do.

After a few fights at the gym, you can actually go and "chill with Roy" whenever you like, which fills health, food, happiness and energy, albiet very slowly. You can hardly complain about having to restart, you can't even be an hour into the game if you haven't unlocked Roy's house yet.
