Where is China Town, Prison, and the inside Bar?
I beat the game and tried to do everything. I constantly went around talking to everyone and doing whatever they asked.

I said no to the fat guy in the trailer park and no to the Don when they wanted me to do crime.

Were all these places tied to that route? And is there no way to get there now? Aka I have to play the game again to see them?

Yes. I think you need to start a new game and be a bad guy ;)

Yeah screw that. It was fun'ish but not worth a second playthrough.

That's too thinly veiled an attempt at artificial game length extension.

Sadly I have to agree, I did a good guy playthrough, with levels 7/20/10 it was one of the most frustrating grindfests I've ever done therefore will not start all over.
For starters I would suggest decreasing the amount of stat you lose every day by at least 50%.
Right now it is just absurd, and many people will stop playing it after 1-2 hours.

It's rather brutal but around the 5 hour mark I found I could make more than enough money from fighting so I could basically spend all my time between fights training and sparring.

In the beginning I wasted a few upgrades on punches, while I was a leg guy.
In the end it does not matter, you just have to pump up agility and some stamina.
Without agility you're done.

Same.. but I knew while playing it that most people wouldn't make it through those 5 hours. And I wouldn't blame them.

Yeah Maining Agility and Seconding Stamina seems the way to go.

Yes that's why I'm suggesting a balance, more players, less refunds.
Really nice game, great little world, lots of cameos, but needs tweaking.

At the part where you had to collect reputation points, that's where I almost quit, had a great build, started doing parties and commercials, my stats dissappeared, had to redo like 15 levels to be able to fight the end guys.

By the way another SUGGESTION, a BIG ONE:

When the day ends, don't abrupt what I'm doing (exercise, sleep etc), just have a little window at the side show us the stats you lost/gained that day.
This also made the training frustraiting:

you either stopped because:
-you were finished with the equipment
-you got hungry
-you got tired
-end of the day <-- this we don't need, really f.cks up the flow.

Definitely. Hated that.

I think stat decay should just be removed. The game's progression still completely works without it.

Hm that would be too easy if removed altogether.

I'm at that part right now and I'm only doing commercials, so that I will not lose my stats (8/21/9) because time doesn't progress...

I just buy Frozen Pizza from Apu all the time to heal and then start a new commercial to grind points...

It takes ages to grind all the points and it is no fun at all. I just do it so I at least can finish this game once -.-

Commercials and party takes away stats as time goes as when you are working.
That's where I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, it's a lot better to buff up agility and do the film shooting.

Either my game is bugged or that is not true. I'm only doing commercials and time doesn't progress and I'm not losing my stats.

Edit: Sorry my mistake! I mean "Shoot a Movie" ;) I'm only doing "Shoot a Movie" and this doesn't progress time!
