Walking back and forth glitch

Hi,

I played a good hour or so before my character got affected by an issue where when I issue a command whether that would be to talk to someone or to walk somewhere or to use a piece of equipment, he might sometimes be stuck on place walking back and forth. He will move again after I click somewhere else enough times with the mouse cursor and reach his point of destination, but it's just taking more time than if he would walk there straight.

Also, sometimes interactable elements might become unable to be activated/clicked. Saving and exiting the game and going back in fixes it though unlike the back and forth walking glitch, on which saving and loading didn't have any effect on.

I had that the first time I loaded the game, restarted it and it worked perfectly
