Please make game more gamepad controller friendly

I use either my XBOX controller or the Steam controller to play games on Steam, most games work flawlessly. However, I find this game very difficult to use the controller, having to revert back to the keyboard and even the mouse just to do simple movements or commands. Also, signing in to the game, it should be easier to get where you want to be, most of the time I have to look for the cursor or hope that if I click the left button on the mouse it will get me through all of the "help" intros.
