Different Atom Republic/Atom Universe Contact Email Addresses
This has come up during previous Community Meetups, but there seem to be multiple email addresses (some old, some new, some re-activated) which can be used to contact Atom Republic about Atom Universe and it is has been somewhat confusing and/or unclear to various community members as to the differences amongst them. Below is the information I have on these email addresses, but if any of this is inaccurate or has changed, please let us know.

info@atomuniverse.net - for general inquires about Atom Universe that goes to primary staff members (Tanguy, Dena, Dave). This email address can also be used for submitting business inquiries.

support@atomrepublic.com - general support questions can be sent here. I believe this email address had been in existence even since the PlayStation Home days and has since been used during the course of Atom Universe's development for various reasons such as for people to send receipts for the purchase of the Atom Republic War Hedz game during the promotion where some would receive a PS4 code for Atom Universe Early Access.

support@atomuniverse.net - this email address was first created last year and was to be used for Atom Unvierse support, being monitored by system admins. But then in October of last year, Dena informed us that it was not to be used and info@atomuniverse.net was to be used for support inquries. However, earlier this year, we had seen the use of this email address re-surface and most recently is the reply to email address used when registering wtih Atom Universe which was introduced with build 0.3.7.4112. There has been some confusion as to the difference between support@atomrepublic.com and support@atomuniverse.net.

community@atomuniverse.net - this email address was created earlier this year for inquires directed at the Community Team (e.g. Dave, Dena, etc.).

AtomUniverseCM@gmail.com - email address for contacting Community Manager, Dena, for various inquires.

I believe all of these email addresses are acessible by those who monior them during core business hours during the week, but also acessible outside that time, e.g. during weekends, especially for any urgent inquries/requests.

Dena had previously shared on AU forums that responses from staff is typically within 24-48 hours, but can of course vary depending on various factors.

Hey Trisha, I've got an updated list of E-mails for you, just so the most upto date information is out there:

Info@atomuniverse.net - business related matters, sending cv's etc
support@atomrepublic.com - support related matters, bugs reports etc
support@atomuniverse.net - discontinued, e-mailing this address will forward all mail to support@atomrepublic.com
community@atomuniverse.net - community matters, moderation matters & YouTubers and Bloggers matters used to establish a line of communication with Atom Republic.
AtomUniverseCM@gmail.com - Atom Republic Community Managers' e-mail address.

Thanks Aynen. This list of email addresses you provided is the same as mine and so I assume when you say updated list you mean updated descriptions? Looking at your descriptions they all look the same as mine with 2 additional changes:
Info@atomuniverse.net: what do you mean by CV's?

Support@atomuniverse.net: I was also told it was discontinued, but if those emails are forwarded to support@atomrepublic.com, then why does the game registration use that email address? Why didn't it use support@atomrepublic.com since that is the support email address that is really being used?

Can you confirm monitoring and accessibility of the above email addresses for reporting issues that affect the official Atom Republic Block Parties that are every other Saturday as well as our weekly Community Meetups? There have been issues that have impacted attendance of these weekend events and we need a good email address for community members to contact devs to assist when the game is down for those events instead of emailing or messaging staff members directly.

Oh, sorry for the confusion. CV's are what the Brittish call resumes.
It stands for 'Ciriculum Vitae' which is Latin, translates roughly to 'course of one's life'.

It seems that the e-mail addresses are perhaps a bit confusing. We'll get it sorted and I'll return with more info once everything is clear.

Thanks for explaining what CV meant and looking into it. Also, can you confirm the monitoring of them per my previous comments, especially for the sake of weekend events, both Atom Republic and Community hosted.
