Do I own both games when I purchase the MVP Bundle?

Yes. Purchasing the MVP Bundle gives you ownership of both Deluxe Editions and all included rewards.

Is the MVP+ Membership available on PC?

No, the MVP+ Membership is not available on PC.

Will EA SPORTS Madden NFL 27 support Steam Deck?

No, Steam Deck play is not supported.

Does EA SPORTS Madden NFL 27 support cross-play?

Yes

What is cross-play in Madden NFL 27?

Cross-play will allow players to battle it out on the gridiron against opponents from other platforms in certain online multiplayer modes.

Which platforms support cross-play?

Cross-play will be available for players on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

How do I enable cross-play?

Cross-play settings are found in the in-game settings. (Under Cross-Play Tab)

What is needed to enable cross-play?

Cross-play requires a copy of Madden NFL 27, all relevant game updates, an EA account, an internet connection, and a Steam account.

How do I opt out of cross-play?

The method for disabling cross-play differs by platform. Players can opt out of cross-play through the in-game settings. (Found under Cross-Play Tab)

How does cross-play work?

Players who opt in to cross-play will automatically be added to the cross-play matchmaking pool. Cross-play invites will be available in select multiplayer modes that support inviting friends from your own platform. Players across all supported platforms can invite and play against each other.

How do I play with friends on other platforms?

To play with your friends, open the EA connect menu in Madden NFL 27, then navigate to the Player Search tab. Search for a player using their EA Identification number or by using their platform identifier. A player’s platform identifier is either their Xbox Series X|S gamertag, PSN ID, or specific to either Steam or Epic Games Store on PC.

What modes will cross-play support?

In Madden NFL 27, you can play cross-platform in online Head-to-Head, Franchise, Madden Ultimate Team™, and Superstar.

What cross-platform progression is supported?

Avatar progression and gear purchases within Superstar mode are shared across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Are leaderboards cross-platform?

For players who opt in to cross-play, any leaderboard in any mode that supports cross-play will be a global leaderboard that includes players from all supported platforms. Players who opt out of cross-play will only see leaderboards for players on their own platform.

Is the Madden Ultimate Team Auction House cross-platform?

The MUT Auction House will not be currently shared across platforms, meaning you will not be able to use Coins to get items from users on other platforms.

How will it affect wait times for matchmaking?

Cross-play increases player pools significantly, so that more players are looking for matches at each skill level. This should reduce wait times and lead to faster matchmaking.

How to enable Cross-play in Franchise mode?

To enable cross-play in a cloud Franchise league, head into your league settings and enable cross-play for either your existing or new league. Cloud Franchise leagues can now include users of all supported platforms. Internet connection, all game updates & EA account required.

Can I enable Cross-play in an existing and new cloud Franchise league?

Yes, you can enable cross-play in new or existing leagues. Please note that this feature is in live beta and can be implemented in any league. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you start a new Franchise file for cross-play in the event our team would need to temporarily disable the feature during the live beta.

Note: cross-play availability can potentially be impacted on a platform by platform basis by things like planned or unplanned maintenance, server releases, Title Updates, unexpected downtime, or matchmaking updates.
