Pollen don't start. (RESOLVED)

Pollen don't start.
Аfter selection in menu "Play POLLEN" (not VR), mouse cursor become waiting ring, after few seconds application exits without any error messages.
If fast alt-tab to some other app after select "Play POLLEN" - then appears window with preferences (resolution, quality, etc) - but after select "Play" - nothing happens, POLLEN exit after few seconds of waiting cursor (set preferences to any combinations don't change anything).

Any suggestions appreciated.

Win 10 Home, i7 32GB RAM, GeForce 3050 8GB, NVIDIA drivers is up to date.

I have been having the same problem and reinstalling the game didn't help. I emailed the Dev(s) about the issue. I'll update you if they reply.

I've been having this exact issue for several months now. To fix it, I tried changing the second set of Fire1, Fire2, and Fire3 keys to left, right, and middle mouse respectively while running POLLEN at the lowest possible graphics settings (640 x 480, Low Textures). While it began to play the first few moments of the Mindfield logo cinematic, it then crashed on me, and I couldn't replicate what happened later.

Any progress on the dev email?

Apparently the dev email address is no longer linked to any account. I would recommend trying to get a refund.

Refund is not an option - I'am already played it on my previous pc but it's was too slow. I want to play it on new pc - and find out that it's just don't start now.

1 - Go to the base game folder (usually \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\pollen\).
2 - Create new empty file pollen.bat (it can be created with Notepad).
3 - Copy the following:
set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000
pollen.exe
4 - Launch the game from this file.
