3. Even if following these guidelines, please do not perform any acts that can be misinterpreted as official or authorized by FREEZIA. Additionally, do not use any language that may mislead others into believing that the activities are official or authorized.

4. Content that seriously damage the image of FREEZIA or offend public order and morals are prohibited even if following these guidelines. Sassan03 reserves the right to prohibit publication or distribution of any content found to be in violation of this.

5. If the content is deemed to be for commercial purposes beyond the scope of an individual, or to be an extremist derivative video, livestream, or fan content that promotes particular radical political ideas, its publication and distribution may be prohibited, regardless of whether this is before or after the content has been released.

6. All characters and names depicted in FREEZIA are fictional with no relation to any real people. Additionally, depictions within FREEZIA (including inhumane depictions) are for artistic purposes and are not intended to promote any particular radical ideas or actions. Please follow these principles in the videos, livestreams, and fan content that you create.

7. FREEZIA uses some assets from asset sites. Please refrain from contacting these sites about FREEZIA.

8. Sassan03 reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.

A. Fan Content
You may create fan content (e.g., derivative works, fan activities) of Sassan03's game FREEZIA under the following conditions.


1. Please do not use copyrighted materials (e.g., sprites, logos) from FREEZIA.

2. Please do not create or release content that may be misinterpreted as an official work by Sassan03.

3. Please do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. NSFW (R-18) fan content is allowed, but please refrain from posting such content in places where they can be viewed by viewers who are not of an appropriate age, or where they may offend others.

5. Please be aware that the creator Sassan03 may view or mention your fan content on social media.

6. Please ensure that you read the Introduction of these guidelines.



Please feel free to do the following when making fan content of FREEZIA:

- Production, release, and sale of doujinshi (e.g., fan comics, fan novels), fan videos, and merchandise created for fan activities

- Organizing events for the purpose of distributing the products of fan activities

- Distribution of products and generative of revenue at events for fan activities







B. Videos and Livestreams on Video Uploading Sites
You may upload videos and livestreams of Sassan03's game FREEZIA under the following conditions.

1. Please include the following text in the summary section when uploading videos:

2. Please be considerate and include spoiler warnings for core story elements.

3. Acts that seriously damage the image of the work, use of the work for explicitly sexual content, and acts that otherwise offend public order and morals are prohibited.

4. Please do not use anything that infringes or may possibly infringe on the rights of any third party (e.g., intellectual property rights).

5. Please promptly remove the video if requested to do so by Sassan03.

6. Sassan03 makes no warranty of any kind regarding the publication and distribution of videos. Sassan03 will not be held liable for any damages or disputes with third parties that may arise from the use of Sassan03's work.

7. Please ensure that you read the Introduction of these guidelines.
