How do you escape the lockdown?

Killed the Tiki boss, a random days I should check all the rooms before he lifts the lock down, there's no l nowhere else to go on the map.

After the Tiki boss, you go to the right and jump down, then see a cutscene, then you're chased by Agent White. After that, you go back to the Tiki boss to actually activate it.

Then you go back to the rebel town and have to defeat every guard that's in the place. You gotta hit each room and get every one of them. After that, you get the electric wrench upgrade and see more cutscenes where you have to leave...you use the electric wrench on the bolt to leave from the entrance.
