Would you like a sequal?
I know I would. However with how much time the creator spent on this game, I would understand if he doesn't.

I would love to explore this world more. We were thrusted into an unknown and very unusual world, and told very little. I would have so much fun exploring the events after the game. Not even as the "fabeled Mechanic". The Statues quo of the word changed so much.

I'd prefer a single-player prequel, set in the period the original development team was originally planning to write in.
Nah. Games like Iconoclasts doesn't need sequels: the story is whole and finished as it is, there's no indication for continuation, and, honestly, I prefer it to stay like this. Of course, there's still many unanswered questions, but I think it was the point to have many aspects in the game to be open for interpretation. The characters are still have potential as well, but they were well explored during the game and all of them had some sort of conclusion in their respective story arcs. Overall I don't think the game needs a sequel, it'll be better for the creator to come up with new interesting ideas and concepts, pursue new horizons.

There was a different time period that was going to be in and not the end of days? Tell me more.

I meant more of a sequel in the world, maybe not following the same characters. Like set in a different time period per above or following a person suffering due to the events of one concern falling and the aftermath of that.

Nope, I'm an idiot; sorry. I'm subscribed to several forums, and sometimes I misread the forum label when I click on a notification. Thought this was a different game.

I'm not sure whether I'd like to see a sequel to Iconoclasts or not. On one hand: this is a really interesting setting. On the other: I'm not sure what we would gain from one.
I would love to run around in this world more and perhaps see some of the other characters' stories from their POV. (Agent Black anyone?) But I do think that Iconoclasts as it is dosn't need a sequel. Robin's story is complete and any continuation of it is unneeded I believe. Now I could see a use for a prequel of sorts, maybe folowing Robin's father?
I don't think it should ever get a sequel, or even a prequel, but what I would love is a completely separate story set in the same universe, with its own characters and locations, but the same style/charm. Of course, it'll never happen, so I'm not crossing my fingers
Well at the end of the credits it says "Good-bye, until next time."
So I'm pretty 100% positive that a Iconoclasts sequal might happen.

Konjak's said in the Discord chat that he'd know where a sequel would go if he decided to make one, but that he has no plans to do one at present.
I doesn`t need a Sequel in my Opinion..
It needs a better Ending... a happier one
STARTING from Agent Black.
i felt so bad after defeating her that i actually cried and then Royal died aswell.
Royal tried his best but it always backfired at him he didnt deserve to die trying to save the planet

He didn't deserve to die trying to save the planet, insofar as anyone deserves to die under any circumstance, but he absolutely deserved to die after messing it up as badly as he did. The reason he messed it up was his arrogance, and his belief that he was divinely appointed to speak with Him. These are his core flaws. In that final scene, he demonstrates that he is unable to overcome them.

He's a tragic character; he earned a tragic death.
I do not want a sequel, but I woul really like an expansion/DLC to help clear up some of the mysteries/unanswered questions.
I don't think it needs sequel or a prequel. Its , its own thing. Rather see a new world by the hands of the creator.
