White screen when loading

Just bought this game but everytime i load it up it goes to a white screen but still plays the music. I searched all over the internet but have not come across anyone mentioning the same fault. My drivers are up to date and i dont really want to request a refund, so if anyone has any ideas i would be grateful . I have an AMD FX 8350 processor, 8 GB ram and an ATI Radeon R9 270. Hi! Sorry to hear that, we've never experienced that bug It sounds like a graphics issue, maybe the game is launching at a resolution not compatible with your card :S That white screen is when Gamemaker (the engine) initializes direct3d or opengl.
Could you please try pressing Alt+Enter to switch between full-screen and window mode? ... And if it doesn't work there is a more tricky solution: You can edit the configs.ini file (located at C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\CrazyPixelStreaker) and change the fullscreen="YES" value to "NO". Let's see if that works :)

Thanks Segata_san and sorry for the late reply. I deleted and re installed but that had no effect. I tried the ALT-Enter method and it worked! It appears that fullscreen does not work on my pc but i am glad that i can play it none the less. Thanks again

Great! About fullscreen not working, it seems like a gpu problem.
