About of " Territory C4 "

When i try to use this item it says " permission denied ". How i can use it ? ( RED C4 )

You can only use it on structures built around the can claim on the map as clans. Does that make sense?

I just saw " Red house symbols " on my map. and its names are " Clan Territory " or somethink. I Tried but it deosnt working

You can only use them at clan territories, those shields you see on the map that can be claimed by clans. It’s not used for base raiding, just for reaching that totem and getting access to the territory to claim it for your clan.
